A great day of golf,
fellowship and fun in memory of our friend, Judge E. Raymond Alexander,
Jr.

For 30 years, E.
Raymond Alexander, Jr. served our community as an
accomplished lawyer and a distinguished jurist.

Judge Alexander
was an outstanding member of Fellowship Hall’s Board of Directors
and was a respected friend and mentor to many people in the recovery
community.

Judge Alexander
also provided leadership, dedication and personal service to the
Triad community.

Proceeds from
the E. Raymond Alexander, Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament will provide
financial assistance to deserving guests in treatment at Fellowship
Hall.

In keeping with
the principles of Fellowship Hall and Judge Alexander, this
tournament is alcohol-free.
Cost per player is $80, including golf shirt,
green fees and cart, “goody bag,” post-tournament picnic and awards
ceremony at Fellowship Hall.

Greensboro Area:
Take 29N to HWY150W. Take HWY 150W 1/10 mile under 29N then take left
onto Summit Ave. Go 1 mile (LOOK FOR SIGN) take right onto Caber Rd.
Golf course is 1/4 mile on left.
From Reidsville/Danville Area: Take 29S to HWY150. At stop sign
go straight across HWY150 onto Summit Ave. Go 1 mile (LOOK FOR SIGN)
take right onto Caber Rd. golf course is 1/4 mile on left.
From Summerfield Area: Take HWY 150E to Brown Summit. Cross RR
tracks, and continue on Hwy150E 1/2 mile. Take first right after RR
tracks onto Caber RD. golf course is 1/2 mile on the right.
From Burlington Area: Take I85 South to Mt. Hope Church Rd.
Continue on Mt. Hope Church Rd into Mcleansville. Mt. Hope Church Rd.
will change into Mcleansville Rd. Go approximately 10 miles on
Mcleansville Rd. until it ends at intersection with HWY150. Turn left
onto HWY150 go 1/8 mile on HWY 150 under 29. Take left onto Summit Ave.
Go 1 mile (LOOK FOR SIGN) take right onto Caber Rd. Golf course is 1/4
mile on left.

tournament will sell out early!
Levels of support available:
Platinum Sponsor $5,000
Includes priority listing on all tournament signage, including the
welcoming banner and company name on golf shirts, acknowledgement of
lead sponsorship at the post-tournament picnic; priority listing in all
tournament print materials and Fellowship Hall’s website and Gateway
newsletter. Also, includes two teams of four golfers in the tournament.
Gold Sponsor $2,000
Includes listing on all tournament signage, including golf towel
signage, acknowledgement of sponsorship at the post-tournament picnic;
listing in all tournament print materials and Fellowship Hall’s website
and Gateway newsletter. Also, includes one team of four golfers in the
tournament.
Hole-In-One Sponsor $1,000
Includes listing on all tournament signage, priority listing on hole in
one signage, acknowledgement of sponsorship at the post-tournament
picnic; listing in all tournament print materials and Fellowship Hall’s
website and Gateway newsletter. Also, includes one team of four golfers
in the tournament. A golfer making a hole-in-one on sponsor-designated
hole will win a new car.
Silver Sponsor $700
Includes listing on all tournament signage, acknowledgement of
sponsorship at the post-tournament picnic; listing in all tournament
print materials and Fellowship Hall’s website and Gateway newsletter.
Also, includes one team of four golfers in the tournament. A portion of
your contribution is tax-deductible.
Bronze Sponsor $350
Includes listing on all tournament signage, acknowledgement of
sponsorship at the post-tournament picnic; listing in all tournament
print materials and Fellowship Hall’s website and Gateway newsletter.

Friends of Ray $100
Intended for friends of Ray who wish to show their support. Includes
listing, if desired, in all tournament print materials and Fellowship
