How Much Does Treatment Cost in Greensboro?

Many factors determine the final cost of treatment, such as your individual treatment plan, your length of stay, and any additional services you may need. We are in-network with many insurance plans who offer substance use disorder treatment benefits. Please note that we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.

What will my insurance cover?

The question of what insurance covers is common and complex. Insurance policies and procedures vary greatly, especially when it comes to substance use treatment benefits.

Prior to admission, insurance benefits and eligibility are verified. Although a benefit may be available, it is not until you begin admission to Fellowship Hall and an initial medical assessment is completed that our utilization review staff can obtain authorization for treatment from your insurance provider. Our staff works closely with our medical and clinical teams to advocate for the maximum coverage for treatment allowed under your insurance plan.

We accept the following insurance plans:

  • Aetna Behavioral Health
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield … Blue Distinction® Specialty Care Provider
  • Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance
  • Cigna … Cigna Center of Excellence
  • ComPsych
  • FirstCarolinaCare
  • Humana Behavioral Health
  • Magellan Health Services
  • Managed Health Network
  • MEDCOST
  • MultiPlan
  • NC State Health Plan
  • TRICARE
  • United Healthcare / United BehavioralHealth / OPTUM … Platinum Provider
  • UMR

Partner Program

We work with eight treatment programs and partner agencies in North Carolina to support individuals who meet our admissions criteria but lack health insurance and financial resources.  Partnering treatment programs and agencies make individual referrals into this program which can provide up to 30 days of treatment. Upon discharge, these individuals return to their referring agency for wrap around services. This program is funded 100% by our donors. Fellowship Hall does not provide direct scholarships outside of our work with our partnering treatment programs and agencies.
