Director of Nursing
Develops and manages a program of nursing and other clinical services in carrying out Fellowship Hall’s mission. Provides overall management and administrative guidance for the Nursing Department in order to maintain optimal healthcare for guests at Fellowship Hall. Oversees training and onboarding of staff and ongoing competency evaluations. Prepares annual nursing budget and strategic plan; participates in Performance Improvement activities; provides training to address nursing needs; regularly reviews records to assure quality documentation; Maintains regulatory compliance with Joint Commission and other licensing/governing bodies; develops, revises and submits nursing policies; demonstrates knowledge/skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the guest served. Provides direct guest care as needed.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Preferred Education: Master’s
Minimum Experience: Five years in progressively responsible nursing management positions, experience in addictions nursing.
Minimum Licensure/Certification: Current Registered License in the State of North Carolina; Current certification in CPR, First Aid
