Fellowship Hall is seeking a full-time Cook to join our outstanding Dietary team!  We provide our guests with 3 meals per day as well as a nightly snack using only fresh ingredients as well as local. The Cook will prepare/manage food and supplies for these meals for guests and staff and will maintain compliance with all dietary policies and procedures. The Cook will also be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Experience with cooking is required.  The cook will provide cleaning assistance in food and beverage areas, prep areas, and dish room. The cook will function as team lead in absence of dietary supervisor. 

Our shifts run 12 hours long, from 6 am until 6 pm.  Our schedule is a set schedule with 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the following week.  Every other weekend is included in this schedule.


Minimum Education:   High School Diploma or GED

Minimum Experience:   Catering and batch cooking is ideal as well as line cooking in small, independent restaurants.  Minimum of 5 years’ experience in food preparation/cooking.

Preferred Education:    Dietary training and/or education is preferred.
