O.Henry Hotel in Greensboro
We are super excited about presenting this first-time ever event to help our local community understand what substance use disorder really is and the particular struggles that women face when contemplating and seeking treatment.
What we do know is that recovery works and lives CAN be restored. Women who undergo treatment and develop a strong support network CAN get lead successful careers, be outstanding mothers and parents, friends, co-workers and citizens in our community. The biggest hurdle is helping them take the time out of their busy lives to be treated – and overcoming the stigma that surrounds addiction.
Through this event, Caring Services and Fellowship Hall will not only educate, inform and inspire, but raise much needed support to keep our treatment programs running strong.
