Outpatient Rehab Services

Fellowship Hall offers abstinence-based outpatient programs for adults 18 and older who have completed an inpatient treatment program. Our outpatient programs are designed for those who need a structured program to continue the drug and alcohol recovery process.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Our Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (IOP) is an abstinence-based program available in person or virtually for adults 18 and older who are struggling with alcohol and drug use and are experiencing impairment in their daily functioning. IOP is designed for those who need a structured program to address their addiction issues while allowing them to continue to live and work in their own communities.

Our IOP is based on the Twelve Step philosophy of recovery and provides education about addiction, relapse prevention, skill building, and support for sustained recovery over an 8 week program (24 sessions) but can vary, depending on your individual needs. IOP includes:

  • Three groups sessions per week (9 hours/week); daytime and evening sessions available in person or virtually
  • One individual therapy session per week
  • Weekly family group
  • Random monitoring of alcohol and drug use

Virtual Relapse Prevention Group

Our Virtual Relapse Prevention group helps you anticipate circumstances that are likely to increase the risk of a return to use. We work to help you create a strategy for coping with high-risk situations and life challenges in advance. This program is abstinence-based and built on a 12-step foundation. The group is facilitated by a Gorski CENAPS trained clinician who will help you focus on stress management, effective meditation practices, and training to help you exercise your coping skills. This group is not a substitute for an Intensive Outpatient Program and does not provide medical management or drug testing.

The Virtual Relapse Prevention Group meets virtually for 8 weeks, for a total of 16 sessions, each Tuesday and Thursday from 3-4:00pm. The cost is $800 and is commonly covered by insurance.

We offer open enrollment into this program, provided space is available (group is limited to a maximum of 10 participants). You may be referred into the Group by a clinician, Professional Monitoring Organization, or you may self-refer. Please note that 90 days of continuous sobriety (no return to use) is required; this group is not intended for individuals who have already experienced relapse or a return to use.

Early Recovery Group

Upon completion of the IOP program, you can step down to weekly meetings in Early Recovery Group (ERG). ERG is a counselor facilitated support group that provides ongoing support and resources for those in early recovery. You can commit to 12 weeks of ERG, but have the option to continue attending for up to 2 years.

Outpatient Services

Fellowship Hall offers traditional outpatient counseling services to guests who have completed our residential treatment program and family members who have completed our 4-Day Family Program.

Our outpatient services include individual, couples, and family counseling for up to two years, with the length of time varying upon need. Family members are encouraged to participate in individual and family counseling sessions.

The outpatient therapist and guest will determine the frequency of meetings. Continuity of care is a vital element of a successful recovery, and our outpatient services allow guests to continue working with clinicians who understand alcoholism and addiction. Outpatient services also offer psychiatric assessment and medication management.

All of our outpatient programs are designed to address problems associated with chemical dependencies and co-occurring mental health disorders. The goal is to help guests and their families integrate a workable recovery program into daily life.
